Stefan Steiner

Stefan Steiner has more than 15 years of management experience in the development and implementation of software solutions in the health service. For several years he was responsible for the development of a new generation of hospital software at NCR/AT&T, before taking over the management of the Swiss branch office of a German provider of standard hospital software in 1996. Within 6 years, Stefan Steiner had led the company to market leadership.

In 2002, together with two partners, he founded his own company, which specialised in the development of Microsoft .NET solutions and whose customers included both software development companies and large enterprises looking to benefit from the latest Microsoft technologies. Stefan Steiner brings comprehensive knowledge of the use of the latest software technology in the health service and experience in the efficient establishment and management of international corporate structures to the vision4health management team.

Andreas Kumbroch
Managing Director

Andreas Kumbroch has been at home in the market for laboratory diagnostic software since 1988. In the Laufenberg Group, at Torex Health plc and also at iSoft plc, the key employers of his career, all strategic and operative laboratory activities converged on Andreas Kumbroch, both at national and international level. He thereby continually provided important market drive for innovative but practicable solutions, which he consistently put into practice. For example, he accompanied the successful products PROSIGHT Laboratory Management and LORENZO LabCentre to market maturity and is considered to be the strategic brain behind vision4health’s trendsetting solutions. In 2007 Andreas Kumbroch provided a further indication of his commitment to the diagnostic market when he founded the vision4health company together with the Laufenberg family. His knowledge of the international laboratory market and its worldwide network makes an important contribution to the implementation of vision4health’s growth strategy.

Laurent Galmiche
Country Manager France

Laurent Galmiche is Country Manager of vision4health France S.A.S.

Prior to joining vision4health in November 2009, he worked for approximately seven years as the national sales manager with MIPS France, a healthcare software and system provider that is market leader in the sector of university hospitals. Before that, he was sales and product marketing manager for France with SGS Cortex, a software and system provider in the healthcare sector. Laurent Galmiche finished his studies at the faculty for pharmacy, biochemistry and biology in Lyon and then, during 3 years, gained practical experience as sales manager working for different medical diagnostics companies.

Martin Möller-Lenfers
Head of Customer Care

As the person responsible for the Customer Care department, Martin Möller-Lenfers is responsible together with his team for all technical and application-related problems in conjunction with the operation of the system. This includes ensuring a professional organisation of the hotline. The trained IT specialist for computer and communication technology was employed for 10 years at iSoft as Manager of Technical Services. As a member of the vision4health founding team, he ensures that our vision of innovative forms of organisation is also reflected in our internal processes.

Jürgen Reiner
Country Manager Germany

Since February 2011, our German team has a very experienced man on board: Jürgen Reiner. He has already developed an international organizational structure for synlab and implemented it successfully. The main emphasis was the creation and centralization of a new IT infrastructure.
These and further measures allowed for an above-average growth of the company at an international level. One of Jürgen Reiner’s particular strengths is his clear analysis of operational processes and their optimization. His professional career started by learning a skilled trade where he obtained a master craftsman’s diploma. At the same time, he pursued a commercial training course and obtained a ‘trade manager’ certificate. Jürgen Reiner has worked with various software developing companies – including with Reynolds & Reynolds where he was Head of the European Development Division.
His goal nowadays is to make vision4health the leading IT-company of the European health care sector. He will steadily increase vision4health’s success by seizing the opportunities of the rapidly growing market and improving the development of our products.

Christian Hotz
Head of Finance & Controlling

Since 2009, Christian Hotz has been responsible for the finance and controlling of the whole vision4health group. Prior to joining vision4health, he worked for various international companies (such as a global market leader for innovative solutions in textile mechanical engineering) and gained broad experiences of the financial management in highly cyclic markets. Christian Hotz contributes to vision4health’s success on a demanding market due to his know-how on structuring an extensive and cross-divisional control system, the flexibility of structures, and the prompt reactions to constantly changing requirements.

Dino Hasanbegovic
Head of Production

Dino Hasanbegovic joined our team at the beginning of 2011. He is a very committed and enthusiastic Head of Production with considerable experience in health IT software development. He has a degree in computer science and one of his particular fields of expertise is the design of service-oriented and web based enterprise applications. He will be putting this expertise in enterprise architecture to good use in our molis and molis^vt ranges of products. He will also provide valuable advice and guidance to our team of developers. In this respect, his extensive knowledge of numerous architectural models and programming languages will be of considerable benefit to vision4health.
Dino Hasanbegovic started his professional career as a software developer at the Fraunhofer Institute for Supply Chain and Logistics (IML) in Dortmund, Germany. His role involved primarily the use, analysis and evaluation of new process management solutions and simulation technologies. He joined Com.Med GmbH as Chief Architect, before being promoted Head of Development and company executive. He initially worked in strategic analysis, service-oriented architecture and co-designed the CareStation Hospital Information System using a workflow management approach. He later assumed responsibility for the organizational and controlling functions in the development department. At vision4health, Dino Hasanbegovic works together with his experienced colleagues from the product management team on the implementation of new approaches relating to agile software development. This development method ensures a rapid and quality managed delivery of all vision4health software products.

Eric Spannenburg
Country Manager Benelux

Eric Spannenburg is Country Manager of vision4health Belgium S.A. Before joining vision4health in September 2010, he worked in Sales and Sales Management departments in addition to holding executive positions with InterSystems, Siebel Systems, IBM, EMC and Siemens. Consequently, Eric Spannenburg has experience in establishing and developing offices in several countries, as well as in creating distribution channels and setting up both direct and indirect commercial models. In total, Eric Spannenburg has 29 years of experience in the IT field. Eric Spannenburg is multilingual and is therefore able to cover all of the Benelux countries. Eric Spannenburg contributes to vision4health’s success in a demanding market thanks to his multicultural business understanding, coupled with his knowledge of Benelux and considerable experience in managing people.

Hans Hess
Manager Large Accounts International

Since May 2010, Hans Hess has been head of “Large Accounts International” and has constantly been expanding this area. He has extensive international experience which he acquired through his involvement in large projects for the NHS (National Health System, England) among other things. His particular strength is the ideal combination of knowledge in the areas of health care, business, project and product management. Our major international clients are in good hands thanks to his business management training, additional training as an IT project manager at the end of which he obtained a Professional Certificate and his degree in computer science. Hans Hess’ extensive expertise in the areas of project management and IT service management stand him in good stead.
Hans started his successful career as head of IT for the largest private hospital group in Switzerland. From there, he moved on to benefit the likes of the Laufenberg Group and Torex Health. Hans also actively pursued opportunities abroad, having worked for iSoft plc in England and India. With his already extensive professional background, he joined CSC to take responsibility of healthcare service providers in all of Central Europe. International activity is also a big part of Hans Hess’ portfolio at vision4health. Thus, major projects of our international customers which involve a high degree of complexity, extensive time and cost investments are professionally looked after: our vision of networked healthcare is therefore successfully carried out.
